This looks like an Hindu temple ...!
Good lights & perspective as Carlos mentioned. Slightly soft on focus but that could be improved with tripod.
Also shooting this with the evening sky in twilight would really help bring out the FORM of the structure !

Yep, nice angle of an interesting subject, but I agree that the image is too soft. You really need to use a tripod or otherwise stablize your camera if you're going to shoot at slow shutter speeds. I see in this case you shot at 1/8 second--far too slow to hand hold. Keep on shooting!
